In this video, Prof Jacqueline Broerse from Athena Institute, Amsterdam University, talks about current issues in the food system, why previous approaches of tackling problems have not worked and how system transformation can help bring about the changes we need to make the EU food system future-proof, in line with the European Commission’s FOOD2030 initiative.
